Voluntary youth work with young people aged 12-18 conforming to policies and procedures as laid down by the MOD, Army and Army Cadet Force (ACF). Promoting local community spirit and develop on our community engagement plan to promote the Army Cadet Force. To Inspire, To Achieve. Held various roles such as Area Staff Officer, Area Commander, Detachment Commander, Company Training Officer. All these roles are about being responsible for leading, supporting and managing cadets and adults mainly across Angus and Dundee. Plan and conduct activities in a safe manner using the safe system of training (SST), coach and mentor cadets and adults.
Supporting Army Cadets HQ (Regional Command) Training Development Team (TDT) as a Volunteer Training and Design Analyst.
